The BOCA Details

Each March the BOCA Board of Directors meets to review applications and decide on the applicants approved to receive scholarship awards for the upcoming fall semester within that year and the spring semester of the next year.

The BOCA Scholarship Eligibility Requirements, Scholarship Application Procedures and the BOCA Scholarship Application forms are all very specific. Potential applicants are urged to read them in their entirety to determine if they qualify for a BOCA Scholarship. After reading, should a question remain, do not mail, email, fax or call to ask, as no one person can make a determination. Instead, submit the application in its entirety as instructed, and a decision will be made by the BOCA Board of Directors as a whole, at the time of the annual review of applications.

The next BOCA Board of Directors meeting to be held for the purpose of reviewing scholarship applications is scheduled for Thursday, March 6, 2025.

Letters notifying applicants of the results should be emailed by March 17, 2025.

IMPORTANT DEADLINE DATES:
Applications are to be postmarked no earlier than January 1st and no later than February 10th. Send by Certified Mail only, via the United States Postal Service or by email. There are no exceptions to any deadlines for any reason.
